GEEZ! Its been so long since I've updated.
To be honest, its because I told my self I won't touch DA until I've made that selling post. BUT I haven't so I guess I might just give up for a while.
Either way, here's one of the few Gunner Yuna's I have left from the Oil Refinery Shoot.
Again! It is always fun to chill with fellow cosplayers and photographers. :3 Till next shoot!Costume Detailurues
The top is made of pleather and the cinched part is actually from another portion of a blouse I chopped off. Guhhh! I put the zipper on weird, thus-- I had to squeeze myself in. Lol FAIL.
The blue skirt is actually pre dyed sheer fabric, layered twice over a wrinkly fabric, then wrinkled some more and starch ironed. (too much work) I need to learn how to dye things... for real.
The bag and belt are my pride and joy. :3 I made the bag from this nice silky pleather along with the belt. The gem things on the belt are made from sculpey clay.
The guns are both made from craft foam. LOL. They're ridiculously light. Ahahaha. Spray painted and glazed.
THE WIG-- was such a disaster. T__T; Bought from Livejournal. Lovely quality, great wig. Wrong color... --- wrong cut. Tried to dye it a couple times the night before--- YEEEEEP. And then it stayed the same color anyway... Then we (last minute as we are) headed to the shoot 2 or was it 3 hours late... So Jimmy was only able to cut it right when we got there. T___T; I left a pile of hair at the oil refinery-- for sure. Looked like someone died. Huuu. None the less, it wasn't so bad.
The hair tail thing-- I found a nice tutorial on it. Found some red shoe laces at the dollar store and finished it off then.
Pinned it to my wig. Lol.
Earrings made of beads. Shorts were easily sewn and the shoes are 2 sizes too big from the thrift store across the street. :3
