Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Bronies go nuts, and Nintendo Sucks?Equestria Girls
The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me.

I think it's about time for a new entry, hm? Hm.

So... life's been this total roller coaster recently! To start off... I recently enrolled into a new class called ACTIVIST PUPPETRY! XD Woot! I really can't explain how amazing this class is. *__*

On the first day of class, our teacher comes in and says:

"I need some bamboo and I saw some on campus. SO, who wants to come with me and help me cut some down? I brought a hand saw-- though, you know, I'm not too sure this is legal.... Well whatever, you guys can run fast, right?"

We stare at her for a second in disbelief. She stares back then starts walking out with a "Who's with me?"

Of course we all scramble after her. Cutting down the bamboo on campus!! You're kidding!

Ha! We get there. And there's this fence, which she totally jumps over like nothing. She get's someone to saw off a stalk and in the process... the saw breaks. So! We end up jumping on the stalks to get them off. *__*

Before we know it, we're walking back on campus, with these giant bamboo stalks in all of our hands, totally whacking people with the twigs and whatnots. XD

It was real exciting.
And that was just the first day. *_____* I'm stoked.

What else...
Oh man. This week was totally bummer! I had an Activist Puppetry research paper and an Astronomy midterm on Tuesday. On Wednesday, I spent a good portion of the day starting on the Text Project for New Genres... I'll get back to that later.

I meet up with my boyfriend to celebrate our 19 month-i-sary.

Then, get back to work... in which, due to the crappy dull exacto knife, the fiberous paper, the cramped and tiny space under my loft bed, and the many mistakes that came along the way....

I ended up working till 5:30am. x__x Killer.

I wake up at 8, head to my 9 am class, skip Astronomy and head straight to the Broad building to work on my unfinished text piece till 1. Class starts, I go, and then leave at 5 to head to my puppetry class that ends at 9. .__.

Man. All Tuesdays and Thursdays are like that! x___x Well... not really, but I do have a 9 to 9 schedule!! Man... it totally bites. *___*

Anyway.... other than that, I hope everyone is happy. :3
I promise to get more doodles in. >.< I really haven't been doodling during class like I should be. XD I've actually been taking notes. *_______* I know....
